Najee Harris’ message for Nick Saban, Kalen DeBoer and players who left Alabama

Najee Harris isn’t one to keep things low.
Among the most frank, unapologetic, and controversial Alabama football players of the Nick Saban era, the running back for the Pittsburgh Steelers is now playing at his best, and he was at his best last week in Birmingham.
The day before the Cardinals and Giants game at Rickwood Field, Harris admitted he never played baseball as a child because “it was too soft for me” before participating in the celebrity softball game.

Harris stated, “I’m honest, like he made a comment to me, he made a comment about it earlier,” without going into further detail. It’s unexpected, of course, but everything has its expiration date and everyone has their moment. It pleases me that he was allowed to leave. You’d be shocked at how many people, even when it might be their time, find it too difficult to let go and wind up taking more actions that negatively impact them.It takes a mature man with a great deal of responsibility to declare that this is no longer what they wish to do. Something you are passionate about, something you created, something you succeeded at, anything that proves to you that you will always be the best coach ever.

Harris also discussed the significance of his family’s bond with Terry Saban, Saban’s wife.

Harris added, “Miss Terry means a lot to me too.” “She gave my mom flowers when she was in the hospital, and she also helped me.” That’s very important to me. I thus wish them the best for Miss Terry’s action and for Saban’s retirement, dude.
