Alabama needs to make an impression on the College Football Playoff selection committee in November if they are to contend for a title in January, following defeats to Vanderbilt and Tennessee earlier in the season.
Ryan Williams, a rookie wide receiver, is one of Alabama’s most important players this season. With 35 receptions for 702 yards and seven touchdowns in his first eight games as a college player, Williams leads the Crimson Tide in receiving.
Williams recently shared an Uber Eats advertisement on his Instagram feed, writing in the caption that reads: “Uber Eats Wingstop hits different after a win,” Williams wrote.
On Tuesday, On3 reported that Williams’ post was part of a NIL deal with Uber Eats, and his total NIL Valuation is up to $1.7 million: “Williams has an On3 NIL Valuation of $1.7 million. That ranks him ninth in NIL Valuation among college football players and is No. 18 on the On3 NIL 100 list.”
Williams’ stock could continue to rise in the NIL market and for NFL scouts as Alabama finishes the regular season against LSU, Mercer, Oklahoma and Auburn.
