QB Adrian Martinez of Birmingham Stallions Bids Farewell to Teammates…’Management No Longer Needs Me’

Signing with the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent following the 2024 NFL draft, wide receiver Ahmarean Brown now has a fallback option with the UFL’s Birmingham Stallions as well.

The Browns have an established roster, so the chances of Brown making their roster are slim to none. However, landing on the practice squad is always an option for the former South Carolina Gamecock as well.

However, Brown may be headed to the UFL after the Stallions selected him with the final choice in the eighth round, should the Browns decide not to offer him a spot on their practice squad.

At 5 feet 9 inches and 165 pounds, he is tiny, and during his time in college at Georgia Tech and South Carolina, he was not very successful. Over his five seasons at the collegiate level, he amassed little over 1,100 yards and nine touchdowns in passing.

He’ll take the chance to stay in Berea if it’s offered to him because even practice squad players earn more than UFL players.
