LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Raiders have officially unveiled their coaching staff for the 2025 season, marking a new era under the leadership of Head Coach Pete Carroll. The staff is a blend of experienced coaches, rising stars, and familiar faces, all united by a shared vision to bring success to the Silver and Black.
OFFENSE

Greg Olson will work closely with the quarterbacks, providing his expertise and guidance to Derek Carr as he leads the Raiders’ offense. Nate Carroll will assist Olson, bringing his knowledge and experience to the quarterback room.
Deland McCullough will mentor the running backs, helping them develop their skills and contribute to the team’s rushing attack. Chris Beatty will coach the wide receivers, maximizing their potential and ensuring they are a formidable force in the passing game.
Luke Steckel will work with the tight ends, developing their blocking and receiving skills to make them valuable assets in both the running and passing games.
Brennan Carroll will oversee the offensive line and coordinate the running game, ensuring the Raiders have a strong and physical presence up front. Andy Dickerson will assist Carroll in developing the offensive line into a cohesive and dominant unit.
