In a dazzling display of skill and teamwork, Utah Hockey’s top trio of Mikhail Sergachev, Clayton Keller, and Dylan Guenther led their team to a resounding 5-2 victory over the St. Louis Blues.
The Big Three combined for 8 points, with Sergachev scoring twice, Keller registering a goal and two assists, and Guenther netting a hat-trick. Their dominance left the Blues reeling.
Dylan Guenther’s three-goal outing marked his second hat-trick of the season. “It’s always special to score, but it’s even better when we win,” Guenther said post-game.
Mikhail Sergachev’s pair of goals moved him into second place in the league’s defensive scoring leaderboard. His impressive performance drew praise from Coach Steve O’Bryan.
Clayton Keller’s two assists showcased his exceptional vision and passing skill. Keller now leads the team with 35 assists.
“Utah’s top line was virtually unplayable tonight,” Berube admitted. “We struggled to contain their speed and skill.”
The win propels Utah Hockey within two points of the division lead. With 15 games remaining, the team is poised for a strong playoff push.
