LOGAN, UT – Utah State football star quarterback Spencer Petras has announced his intention to enter the transfer portal. The news sent shockwaves throughout the college football world, as Petras was expected to be the Aggies’ starting quarterback for the 2024 season.
Petras, a graduate senior, joined the Aggies in the offseason after spending six seasons at Iowa. During his time with the Hawkeyes, Petras played in 37 games with 31 starts, compiling a 20-11 record as the team’s starting quarterback.
