The documentary promises an intimate look into his journey, featuring never-before-seen footage, exclusive interviews with fellow musicians, and personal stories from Hughes himself.

The film will delve deep into Hughes’s early days growing up in Cannock, England, where his love for music was sparked, and follow his rise to fame during the 1970s as a member of Deep Purple. In addition to Hughes’s time with iconic bands, the documentary will highlight his collaborations with various artists, his induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and his ongoing influence on contemporary music.
