Washington, D.C. — In a heartfelt ceremony at the White House on Tuesday, President Joe Biden presented the prestigious “Most Loyal Serving Officer of 2024” award to a veteran Topeka police officer, acknowledging an outstanding career spanning over 40 years. The officer, who has served the Topeka community since the early 1980s, was recognized for their unwavering dedication, exemplary service, and significant contributions to law enforcement.
