In a bid to enhance their competitiveness, the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One team has announced a substantial upgrade to their car, which will debut at the upcoming United States Grand Prix. The upgrades are expected to benefit both of their drivers, seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton and rising star George Russell, as they seek to close the performance gap with rivals Red Bull Racing and Ferrari.
The team has faced challenges throughout the season, struggling to match the dominant pace of Red Bull’s RB19.
